The menu that our chef Maurizio Roberto Fabio would like to propose is prepared exclusively using the freshest seasonal ingredients.
All our dishes are prepared to order. All pastas, including Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle and wholemeal garganelli, as well as all our deserts, are handmade onsite in our kitchen.
The chef can cater for any particular dietary requirements or food allergies and our waiting staff is always on hand for any clarification or explanation.
